F. Lennis Brantley

I am a commercial photographer, based in Detroit, Michigan. my commercial profile includes work for stores such as Perfectly Paired Women, Lifted Boutique and Madd Gear Boutique.

As a kid I had always love photography. I remember looking at magazines that covered the Vietnam War and other social events of the 60's and 70's and was drawn to the drama the images in those magazines conveyed. Little did I know then, that at the age of 8 in 1980 a love for photography became ignited within me.

Prior to taking on photography as a career I served ten years on active duty as a U.S. Army Engineer, with combat experience in Mogadishu, Somalia (Black Hawk Down incident, Operation Restore Hope) and El Salvador at the conclusion of their decades long civil war, as well as had been involved with the Cuban refugee crisis in the mid 90's while stationed in Panama during Operation safe Haven).

After two years in Hawaii, I left the Army in 2002 and enrolled in Davenport University (Dearborn Campus) to pursue my BBA in e-Commerce, specializing in web development.

Now I assist aspiring models with portfolio bulding, commercial work and commercial model training for models who want to do commercial print work..
